When I am on the file manager and go to edit the text the text turns white and blends in with the background (making it invisible). I suggest revising the text so it isn't lost when changing file name. I as well as many others are now stuck importing years of beam calculations and have to rename every project to categorize. This is very annoying when the text disappears every time.

This is related to browser selection and is not specific to application design.

To recreate this, rename a job, then select the text by clicking on the left and dragging to the right to select the the entire job name. When you drag all the way to the right, the file manager highlights the entire job in blue and selects it, and then the job name changes to white text on a white background and you can only read it if you select it, but it makes it nearly impossible to rename it. The problem is the user is selecting too much by accident, but there must be a way to prevent this from happening. Hopefully this is specific enough for you to recreate this on your own.
