When a browser locks up or crashes out, the last file worked on gets locked. This is temporary with a set time whereas if another user is in the file, it's undefined. Can ForteWEB get set up to tell the difference between another user active in a file vs. one locked due to improperly closed session? If so, can the improperly closed session provide a countdown to release?
