I run into the issue when using the Link Reaction (Link and Transfer Support Reactions) pop up dialog box, that the list on the left hand side is very narrow when it comes to the names of certain types of members which make it hard to see the full name without the hover over.
So I think that it would make it easier if you could just drag and drop a member from the main screen left hand side navigation menu onto the Loads Tab and then have the dialog box pop up with the ability to add that load.
