Add 1.8E & 1.9E LVL options

I often have to analyze beams in existing buildings and the older beams have lower values. It would be very helpful if there was a legacy lumber section that could be used for this type of analysis.

Pre-2012 Southern Yellow Pine members Merged

I would really appreciate a "user defined" option to input values for pre-2012 SYP or other custom elements when I'm doing remodeling projects. Even a default option for "SYP Pre-2012" would be great!
