If there is a timer when a file is accidentally closed and inadvertently "locked" by "another team member" when if was really just an accidental close, it needs to be shortened. A lot.
The current file lock expires in 6 minutes. This is the minimum time needed to ensure that the file does not get corrupted while saving.
