The Mitek software (and others) allow their designers to design for lateral loads in the drag/collector truss, as specified the project engineer of record.
This makes conversion and original TJI specification by project engineers difficult to specify or convert from plated trusses to our TJI joists.
In Forte, add a tool to allow for this. Will get back original specification that we lost to trusses and make it so much easier to convert back to TJI joists.
