A couple ideas to improve the member tree on the left side of the screen:
-Add a button to collapse all "levels" so you don't have to collapse each level
-Be able to drag and reorganize levels
-Be able to double click on member name to rename it
-Be able to adjust the width of the member tree (when linking a load) to see full name of the member

Might also be nice to save the level's state (expanded or collapsed) so when you come back to a job, the levels are like you left them. currently they come in as all expanded when you open a job
