IBC 1604.3.7 allows for wind load for "component and cladding" to be 0.6 times when framing members support glass, in addition the deflection criteria is based on length on member designed where l/175 or l/240+0.25" may govern.
Currently software only allows for l/175 and is taking 0.42 times wind load, perhaps a custom deflection option may get us part of the way there.
