Thank you for your idea. There is actually a graphic available on the Spans & Supports tab and the Loads tab. You can select the green "Show" button at the top-left of the main work area (just above the spans table). We hid the graphic by default to save space so you can see all of the available input fields on the page.
It often takes trial and error to get a balance between the material size and adequate support for a beam. Having to go back to the report page to see the load diagram is a pain. Please bring this back to the support page as well.
