ForteWeb is not showing the correct hanger or even hanger maufacturer for members exported out of mitek's sapphire. This means the hangers on the calc are incorrect and do not match the layout. The hanger shown in Forteweb calc may even require webstiffeners while the correct hanger on the layout may not. It is a problem for the field and inspection if the calcs do not match the layout.

Users rely on hanger specification shown on the ForteWEB calcs. Incomplete/inadequate callouts (even if noted) will only lead to downstream issues. As an example, dealers frequently request sealed calculation packages for project support. WY support does not review their layouts and won't know the hangers shown aren't correct for the project.
This is valuable information and should be retained when exported from Sapphire. A note saying it does not retain that information may be a good work around for the time being.
