Steel isn't restricted to floors in real life. So why is it in Forte?
its allowed to use the horz projection for loading and consider the full span as the member. Maybe this can be a workaround. For now just calculate it as a floor beam but mention it in your calcs
To keep the initial release simple, we started with the most common application. We would be happy to consider roofs in the future.
