I go to 'File Manager', then I create a new file named TESTING-123 for floor beams. A couple days later I forgot I made that file so I create a new file called TESTING-123 then added roof beams, now there are 2 files for the same project with the same name and I'm not sure which beam is in which file....
Maybe add an 'alert' that says "file name already exists" -OR- allow me to "merge" the 2 files together into 1 file
(1 issue may be if the same beam labels are in both files which one gets overwritten).

I agree, this would be helpful for brief sizing that later becomes full project designs.
