TimeOut of 6 minutes results in Error when call POST api/Design/DesignAll4TEFileMembers

I send request to api/Design/DesignAll4TEFileMembers and sometimes I get the ForteWebErrorType 9, Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

When I navigate to forteweb.com my last file is locked for 6 minutes. After this time I am able to open it.

Could you please fix it? Clients don't want to wait for 6 minutes for each design process.
