It would be helpful if Tapered PSF loading were available in your loading options for floor and roof joists. Tapered PLF is good, but tapered PSF would make joist spacing more flexible.
I absolutely agree- when we're sizing floor joists, we have the ability to input the uniform loading as psf. I see difference between that and tapered loads (usually you'll see this in the form of snow drift loads from an upper roof level to the level that you're sizing- it'd be nice to see what the best options are in one place instead of having to run several different calcs. (which takes time- time is money)
