The new banners are extremely distracting. They are constantly pulling my eye away from the project I'm working on. It's hard enough to focus on a project with everything else going on in the office environment without having these banners in my work space. If they can't be removed, is there an option to turn them off so they are not visible?

I disagree. It's freeware. Advertising is a small price to pay.
