"center to center" dimensioning would be helpful since that is often how I measure dimensions on plans. I also have to iterate sometimes when I am tweaking sizes and spans to adjust the clear span accordingly
I think this already exists under "custom dimension location" under spans and supports. But I agree it should be a button out in the open and not hiding under a drop down.
