I agree that adding in a creep function to the program would be very useful (or even a statement somewhere in the results that states it needs to be checked separately). This is especially important for developing engineers who may not be aware of the requirement.
Even just adding the Kcr factor options from section 3.5.2 of the NDS (2012 version that i'm looking at) would go a long way in helping check long-term deflection.
