It would be helpful to have the ability to revise the load combinations, in particular to reduce wind pressures used to calculate deflections, down for serviceability (deflection) checks. Per ASCE 7-16 Commentary, Appendix CC, it is appropriate in many cases to check serviceability based on 10-year recurrence intervals rather than the 50-year recurrence interval associated with Risk Category II ASD-level loads. Various code commentary and published design guides reference a 0.7 or 0.75 reduction factor to go from ASD wind (50-year) to serviceability (10-year).
