I have a number of framing members designed in ForteWEB, which is great! Each one of these members has an associated reaction, also great! Now, all of the designed members need to be supported by foundation elements (Foundation design not supported by ForteWEB). So, I either have to recalculate all of the reactions or type each one into Excel from the ForteWEB reports. Not so great...
Exporting reaction data (maybe even member sizing, hanger, etc. data for use in framing schedules) seems like it could be accomplished fairly easily by the ForteWEB software, and would save me a bunch of hassle with typing in the loads.

I agree with all the ideas here. It is very painful to take 30 or more minutes to type all of the loads into autocad for large projects.
I too would like this - at the very least add a beam end and column reaction summary to make specifying hangers and footings more painless! Thanks
