Damage Report Tool goes to the techsupport@wy.com location, they are the same. You can send the whole file using Damage Report or just a single calc, it just depends on what you click on in the right side file tree. Clicking on the very top project name will send the full project, clicking on an individual calc within the file tree, will just send the individual calc.
I like the idea of users being able to submit jobs for assistance...but with ForteWEB, would it maybe be better to send these jobs to Engineering instead as they are the ones that typically deal with damage repairs and other technical issues? Or maybe have two options of where to submit it to?
