Most specifiers tend to select Microllam LVL by default for their beam designs, whereas a lot of dealers like to sell TimberStrand LSL. To help when a dealer (or TM) wants to convert a house plan to LSL beams, what if we had a button in ForteWEB for to check if the beams in the job file could work as a 1.55E TimberStrand LSL? Would allow a specifier to check their file, and a TM could use the tool when visiting the specifier or builder to show how much money they could save with a revised spec.
