While rafter loads are technically point loads on a ridge beam, I would imagine most designers just load the ridge beam with a tributary area and neglect the relatively minor effect of the point loads @ 16" or 24" spacing. Maybe "add linked load" could have a (repeat at 16"/24" box you could check).
