It is very easy to delete a member by accident because the red "X" button in the toolbar is right next to the copy member and member info buttons. Please add a pop-up window to confirm that you actually want to delete the member because there is no way to get the member back after you have accidentally deleted it!

Forte, please address this issue! It is a poor UI design to have the delete button located with it is with no confirmation before deleting the element.
