Have an option in Forte Web that allows osb fillers in between headers to increase strength values

This would be useful for when you have a brick veneer that isn't full height, so you could check the deflection at the extent of the brick without having to set your whole member to L/360 from L/180.

If you have multiple of the same load, it would be useful to be able to copy it, especially if it is a linked load it will save a lot of time.
