When you add a new load and link a reaction from another beam it pops up with a window showing the list of beams. That window is very narrow and since I have a lot of beams with long names, it's hard to see which is the correct beam I want to link...

Make it easier to read and save row space. Use fill shading to highlite only sparate levels (or categories).
