Switch order of New File and New Folder buttons in File Manager

When creating a file structure, you would create your folder first, then move on to creating a file. Changing the order would mimic that workflow.

Use of slender joist with blocking

When a single 1.75"x 18" joist is specified, software issues slenderness error. Please allow use of slender joist with appropriate blocking.
