Users would like to have the option to add comments to provide additional information about the spans/supports for a member.

in the report tab of Forte often times a detail is referenced. How about to also include a direct link to that detail on your web page.

Now that red shading has been added to denote products not available in the selected zip code, it can easily be miss understood that the red highlighted product is failing.
