I am attaching an example of how I think it should look. Repeating the Mamber Name, Results, Current Solution and Comments again and again just confuses the eye (I think).

When I look at free standing post report, the loads do not show what eccentricity was input. That's good info to have.

Make it easier to read and save row space. Use fill shading to highlite only sparate levels (or categories).
